Key responsibilities

 

The Production Machine Operators load and run blenders, mixing ingredients. They follow "recipes" to ensure the customers receive the ideal liquid ingredients to meet their needs. This involves measuring, use of lifts and cranes, learning processes and following procedures. Their attention to detail and maintaining safe processes ensure that the best product is shipped daily. It is critical to success that all governmental and Kerry processes and policies are met and or exceeded. The successful employees in this role are leaders for other employees and consistently communicates with the production team! 

What You'll Need to Succeed:

 

  • High School graduate or equivalent required.
  • Basic math skills, ability to calculate percentages.
  • 1 yr. Manufacturing experience, preferably in a chemical or food processing facility.
  • Use of RF scanners, inventory tracking and control systems
  • Prior lift truck operation and safety certification.
  • Use of MS products required, SAP software preferred.
