What will you do?

As the Digital Marketing Manager for Kerry NAMER, you will: 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the region for all marketing communications activities, interfacing back into the global in-house agency structure.
  • Manage and maintain the regional external marketing calendar.
  • Optimize global demand generation and awareness campaign strategy for execution in the region.
  • Drive regional content creation efforts aligned to the global and regional campaign calendar and plan.
  • Regionalize global campaign performance metrics and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Execute region-specific product launches pushes through an omni-channel approach.
  • Lead and execute the media plan and buying process tied to all global or regional campaigns.
  • Lead and execute on a paid social plan tied to the region’s strategic priorities and target customers.
  • Partner with the marketing operations teams to build, manage, and deploy regionally managed campaigns in Marketo, AEM, and Salesforce.
  • Design 1:many, 1:few and 1:1 ABM marketing initiatives to meet pipeline targets (including nurture funnels), partnering with regional EUM/channel/country marketers on execution.
  • Stay abreast of key trends within digital marketing, account-based marketing and content marketing, educating others within the organization in order to focus on continuous improvement and growth.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelors’ degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • 5+ years’ experience in b2b or demand centered digital marketing roles. Experience in food and beverage marketing is preferred.
  • Past experience in, lead nurturing, marketing automation, account-based marketing, and web analytics, specifically in Adobe and Salesforce environments a plus.
  • In-depth knowledge of the digital media landscape & the marketing technologies that underpin it.
  • Highly analytical and able to derive insights for action from data.
  • Excellent communicator & demonstrates strong leadership capabilities.
  • An ability to clearly and articulately communicate complex topics in simple, easy to understand ways. Must be a self-motivated individual with strong conceptual skills and creativity.
  • Personality to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Will be required to perform outside comfort zone and navigate through organizational and operational ambiguity as the digital organization at Kerry evolves.
  • Proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results. Experience successfully bringing together people from different disciplines, internal and external to achieve desired outcomes.

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $105,129 to $134,200 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
