About the role

The RD&A Technologist Food Protection and Preservation role will report to the Senior RD&A Manager and is responsible for enabling business growth in food protection across Meat, Food and Beverage

Key responsibilities

• Application Support for customers 
• Analysing Pipeline on Salesforce and ensuring correct pipeline data 
• Review pipeline opportunities of other technologies to assess if these could also be preservation opportunities 
• Collaboration with R&D/Commercial team members in analysing the FP&P strategy to achieve objectives, business opportunities and commercial activities. 
• Development of market research. 
• Follow-up and maintenance of admin, preparation of presentations for internal and customer meetings when required. 
• Facilitate all End-to-end activities to achieve best in class customer service. 
• Preparation of and sending follow-up Food Protection related communications to customers and internal stakeholders (tech docs, quote requests, sample requests, opportunity creation, call reports, pipeline hygiene support & analysis)
   

Qualifications and skills

• Food Science Degree or related with an analytical mindset. 
• Project Management and Financial understanding desirable.
• Strong ability to work via multiple internal stakeholders in the Kerry matrix structure
• Driven and highly motivated
• Strong Communication Skills
• Entrepreneurial spirit
• Fluent in English (C1/C2) and at least one of the following French, Spanish or Italian is required.
